30 million people are being sold into modern day slavery and sex trafficking all over the world. 24 million of them are women and children. joining the freedom challenge can help make a difference in the lives of these thousands of innocent victims sold into slavery.
What is the freedom Challenge?
The freedom challenge is a movement of passionate women dedicated to freeing oppressed and enslaved women and children all around the world. We do this by participating in physical challenges that test our limits, while raising funds and awareness to combat these dark, social injustices and set women and children on the pathway to freedom.
We run. We walk. We swim. We climb. We pray.
What you can do to help.
OPERATION MOBILIZATION
Operation Mobilization (OM) is the founding organization for The freedom challenge and the funds we raise flow into OM projects focused on freeing oppressed women and children.
OM is an international Christian missions organization that has been confronting injustice for over 50 years. As a collective of over 6,800 workers in over 110 countries around the world, OM teams do not sit still and love the adventure of serving Jesus through their relationships, compassion, and conversations.
WE RALLY ALL types of WOMEN—SISTERS, MOTHERS, WIVES, NURSES, EXECUTIVES, TEACHERS, ARTISTS, and ACCOUNTANTS—
TO help totally free OPPRESSED and ENSLAVED women and children around THE WORLD.
These women train for and participate in a “challenge” or physical struggle of their own—together, in community. The challenge can be anything—from running a marathon, swimming laps in the local pool, hiking a trail, climbing a mountain, or really whatever you can think of.

These participants, these passionate, everyday women, then ask for sponsors to support their efforts. The participants and their sponsors become part of a movement of women who are dedicated to combatting injustice, and their support fuels our model to set women and children on the pathway to freedom.

Slavery plagues our world. It is an industry that is acquiring much more and much more power. Together, we can change that.
